Ozzy Osbourne announces new album, ‘Ordinary Man’; listen to first single, “Under the Graveyard”

Epic RecordsThe Prince of Darkness is back with new music.

Ozzy Osbourne has announced that his 12th solo album will be called Ordinary Man, and will arrive early 2020. It’s the Black Sabbath‘s frontman first solo studio effort since 2010’s Scream.

The first single from Ordinary Man is titled “Under the Graveyard,” which you can download now via digital outlets.

“This is quite possibly the most important album I have done in a very long time, probably since [1991’s] No More Tears,” Ozzy proclaims.

Osbourne recorded Ordinary Man with producer Andrew Watt, with whom he worked on his Post Malone collaboration, “Take What You Want.” Bass on the album is played by Duff McKagan of Guns N’ Roses, while Red Hot Chili PeppersChad Smith handles drums.

Meanwhile, Ozzy is reissuing all of his past original solo material in a new vinyl 24-disc box set titled See You on the Other Side, which is due out November 29.
